  1. The WinEdit program has been provided on this disk in archived format to
  2. keep the files together and save space.

  4. To retrieve the files make a directory on your hard drive as follows:
  5. C:\MD WINDEDIT
  6.  
  7. Then change to that directory: CD\WINEDIT
  8.  
  9. Then unzip the files by issuing the command: C:\pkunzip a:WINEDIT
  10.  
  11. To install the program start windows, go to the WINEDIT sub-directory and
  12. run SETUP.EXE.
  13.

  15. The documentation files on this disk can be identified by their
  16. extensions of .TXT
  17.  
  18. These can be viewed with the  PBS-VIEW  program such as  PBS-VIEW WINEDIT.TXT
  19. or shown on the screen with the  TYPE  command such as   TYPE WINEDIT.TXT
  20. or copied to the printer with the  COPY  command such as COPY WINEDIT.TXT PRN
